This modification
is required to ensure the 68000 /DTACK signal is high
and not simply floating when /DTACK is NOT asserted by
memory or peripheral devices.
Connect a 1K2
1/4 Watt Resistor between IC3 pin 10 (/DTACK) and IC3 pin
14 (5V)
